These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dl333 ("dl333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at dl333.club and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the dl333 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

dl333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any communication, promotion, or oral statement made by a dl333 representative, these Terms shall prevail.

Access to and use of the dl333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 18+
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a dl333 employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the dl333 platform.

Age Verification: dl333 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — that confirms both identity and date of birth. Where dl333 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any gameplay during the suspension period will be considered void.

If a player is found to be under the age of 18 after an account has been created, dl333 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return the net deposited amount (less any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method originally used. dl333 reserves the right to report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of dl333 services, you must register a personal account via the dl333 Login page. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• Valid email address that you own and control.
• Bangladesh mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Residential address within Bangladesh or your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity that occurs under your account. dl333 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dl333 immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, dl333 requires completion of a KYC identity verification step. You will be asked to upload a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Bangladesh NID, passport, or driving licence). KYC review is typically completed within 1–2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is approved.

dl333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it is necessary to verify your identity, confirm the source of funds, or fulfil anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

dl333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported payment methods for Bangladesh players include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100.
• Deposits via mobile wallet are credited to your dl333 account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–3 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• dl333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please consult your provider's fee schedule before depositing.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified dl333 account.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours depending on the receiving bank's settlement schedule.
• All withdrawals are disbursed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion applied on the dl333 side.
• dl333 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 05: Bonuses & Promotions).

dl333 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the offer is made. The general principles governing all dl333 bonuses are set out below.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by dl333 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each stake, while table games, live casino games, and certain crash games contribute at a lower percentage rate or are excluded entirely. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be detailed in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses are credited to accounts in a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for gameplay — they cannot be transferred, gifted, or withdrawn directly.

• dl333 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings that were credited due to a technical error or in circumstances where the player was not eligible to receive the offer.

As a registered player on the dl333 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional guidelines published by dl333. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with dl333.
• Open or operate more than one account at any time.
• Allow any other person to access or use your account, regardless of their age or relationship to you.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by dl333.
• Exploit any software error, glitch, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage, and agree to report any such anomaly to dl333 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent the platform's risk management systems.
• Use the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Conduct any activity that could harm, disrupt, overload, or impair the performance of the dl333 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to access any part of the platform's systems, databases, or source code that is not intended for general player access.

dl333 reserves the right to monitor all player activity on the platform for compliance purposes. Where a breach of these obligations is identified, dl333 may take any of the following actions at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the account, void bets, withhold or forfeit account balances, and/or refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the dl333 platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. dl333 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your dl333 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, dl333 will process the closure within one business day. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period. dl333 offers temporary cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and 6 months, as well as permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Permanent self-exclusion results in the closure of the account and bars the player from registering a new account in the future. 18+

Administrative Suspension: dl333 reserves the right to suspend any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is being used in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• A security concern, including suspected unauthorised access, has been identified.
• A regulatory requirement or law enforcement direction requires the account to be suspended.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, dl333 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 14 days and communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to access funds, place bets, or participate in promotions.

Permanent Closure by dl333: dl333 reserves the right to permanently close any account where a material breach of these Terms has been established. In the case of fraud, collusion, or money laundering, all account balances will be forfeited. In other cases, verified net deposits (less withdrawals) may be returned at dl333's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dl333's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dl333 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Consequential, special, or indirect losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond dl333's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, network outages, or third-party service failures.

The dl333 platform and all games, services, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dl333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any aspect of the platform.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. dl333 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. dl333 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version currently published at dl333.club/terms-conditions is the authoritative and binding version.
